We are happy to serve our customers with our new customer portal providing you access anytime or anywhere. We can now be here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The following are a list of features available to you:
- Ability for you to securely obtain policy related information, including but not limited to:
- Policy status;
- Policy coverage details/terms;
- Payment amounts due;
- Payment due date; and
- Printable policy related documents, including proof of coverage and any additional documents that can be produced in a feed to the Platform;
- Mobile responsive – Access via smartphone, tablet and laptop/desktop; and
- Text messaging opt-in (if applicable); and
- Standard bi-lingual – English and Spanish.
- Ability to securely execute credit card payments with the option to set up recurring automatic payments.
- Ability to securely execute ACH and e-check payments with the option to set up recurring automatic payments.
